You can use Canva, but make sure when you save it the bar is ALL the way to the right, and transparent is checked!
Make sure your images are 300dpi, PNG, & have a TRANSPARENT background.
Files will be printed AS uploaded. So PLEASE make sure to double check them for mistakes, and the current sizes you need. We will NOT change your files after they have been submitted.
NO REFUNDS will be given.
Instructions for application
Clean the surface very well. You can use an alcohol wipe on the surface. Once you are ready, peel the clear sheet off the back of the transfer. Put your transfer on the surface of your choice. Make sure you press over the image with your fingers a few times before you peel the carry sheet off.

UVDTF transfers are made for hard surfaces and require no heat to apply, they apply like a sticker using the carry sheet that is already applied. You can put them on any surface that cannot heat.
- For the best results we recommend hand washing. Not dishwasher safe.
- We will print images as received; a blurry file will print a blurry transfer. If your letters are too tiny ink/powder may not stick to them. We are not responsible for file quality.
Color Disclaimer:
Actual product colors MAY vary from mockup photo due to device display capabilities and monitor settings. Every print is different and has different color variations, especially in the watercolor graphics and/or after heat pressing. Please be aware of this before purchase as we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Unless it's a confirmed printer error!
